A VERY PROMISING BAND

The grand winner of Soundskool 2009 was Eevee, a Davao-based college band. Eevee, composed of Enzo Miguel Villegas (vocals and guitar), Paolo Raymundo Segura (lead guitar), Jerrick Adrian Sy (bass) and Craig John Neniel (drums), won the competition’s P250,000 cash prize, an exclusive record label deal with Sony Music Entertainment Philippines and P150,000 worth of music equipment for the school they represent.

CAGAYAN DE ORO NEWS - The search for Ms kagay-an 2011, one of the highlights of the city fiesta on August 26-28, in honor of Saint Isidro Labrador, was culminated yesterday, August 24, 2011,  at the Limketkai mall Atrium.

Twenty-year-old Ms. Angel Carbajal was crowned the Queen of the prestigious beauty pageant from among the 12 equally talented aspirants who competed for the title.

Other winners include Jamie Joy Bantigue; 1st runner up; Cristel Valdehueza, 2nd runner up; Elaine Roselle Aquino, 3rd runner up; and April Darlin Jane Hernandez, 4th runner up.
