A lawyer of popular cosmetic surgeon has confirmed during a press conference in Manila that his client, Dr. Vicky Belo, of the Belo Medical Group is also having a sex video with former boyfriend Dr. Hayden Kho.

Lawyer Adel Tamano told reporters Belo also had a sex video with Hayden but clarified his client knew about the video. In fact, both Hayden and Belo had agreed during the filming of the alleged video.

Tamano also clarified to reporters that Belo is not a suspect in this case involving the proliferation of the sex video scandal of actress Katrina Halili and Dr. Hayden Kho. Dr. Belo, the lawyer said, admitted having a sex video with Hayden after the reported sex video has started to proliferate online.

Tamano said his client admitted to shoot the video while having sex with his former boyfriend provided the video would be deleted immediately. He said since two consenting adults made the video, his client never thought she would be betrayed by Hayden.

“In fact, my client told a certain Mr. Eric Chua, Kho’s friend to confiscate said video after knowing Kho did not delete the video and instead stored it in his computer." Tamano said his client will be submitting her affidavit to the National Bureau of Investigation to explain her side on the case.
