Lawyer: Belo orders retrieval of Hayden laptop

The lawyer of Dr. Vicky Belo, of the Belo Medical Group during a senate inquiry admitted his client allegedly ordered the retrieval of Dr Hayden Kho’s laptop computer to erase their (Belo and Kho) sex video. This after Belo and Hayden already separated ways.

Lawyer Adel Tamano, Belo’s lawyer said during the senate inquiry that during the first retrieval of the laptop, a certain Eric Chua, who was reportedly ordered by Belo, has failed, saying the laptop has a password.

Tamano added that a computer expert was then commissioned to help Chua and gained access to the password which the expert also reportedly succeeded in retrieving the files from said laptop computer. To Belo’s surprise, there were also other sex videos that Chua has retrieved and not only that of her and Hayden.

Tamano said as to whoever proliferated the sex video between actress Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho, his client has no knowledge about it. He said Vicky Belo’s concern is only to retrieve hers and Hayden and nothing more.

Meanwhile, Senator Jamby Madrigal, head of the inquiry, told reporters his office has received reliable information that Eric Chua and a certain Bistek del Rosario allegedly sold the video at Two Million Pesos to a big time drug lord.
