CAGAYANON LANDS 8^TH IN CRIM EXAM:

Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Tinnex Jaraula warmly congratulates Glenda Panugaling, a BS Criminology graduate of COC-Phinma Network who hails from Sitio Tambo, Bayanga, this city, for ranking 8^th in the Criminologist Licensure Examinations during presentation at City Hall, Oct. 26.
