Army, Smart Communications organize Milk Feeding in Cagayan de Oro City

Milk Feeding Program:

Government officials distribute milk to children during the opening ceremony of Milk Feeding program at Lumbia Day Care Center, headed by Lt. Col. Allen T. Paredes, Group Commander, Technical Operations Group (TOG)-10, Philippine Air Force (PAF), with barangay officials and Smart Communications representatives. The activity is part of the civic action program of the PAF-TOG 10 in cooperation with Smart Communications, Inc. (Exuperio S. Zagado)
