The Philippine Association of Building Officials – Misamis Oriental Chapter (PABO-MO)is a nonprofit and nonpolitical organization which is composed of appointed or designated Local Building Officials (LBO) in each city/municipality in the province of Misamis Oriental. It was organized by NSO-Mis. Or. Branch some time in 1998 to unite all the building officials in the province for their common good and welfare as well as for promoting upon themselves the highest standard of professionalism that would credit and enhance the dignity of the technical profession in the government service.

For NSO, the PABO-MO creation was a blessing since it contributed much to timely collection and generation of Construction Statistics which is derived from their submitted approved building permits to our office. Hence, until now and ever, the NSO-MIsamis Oriental Branch as spearheaded by Provincial Statistics Officer (PSO) MARILOU B. IGDON will always be supportive to any PABO-MO activities.
