The PPP will be held at their respective barangay halls.

As usual, residents from the two host barangays are expected to avail of free medical consultation and medicines; tooth extraction; circumcision for children; birth registration and legal assistance.

Other services offered by the different departments and offices at City Hall include fruit tree and vegetable seeds distribution; nutritional feeding and rice assistance; animal treatment and vaccination; educational reading; free haircut; issuance of cedula; acceptance of tax payments, business, electrical and building permits; real property assessment; among others.

A simple mass wedding ceremony, which will be administered by Mayor Jaraula as the solemnizing officer and to be assisted by Vice Mayor Emano, will highlight the holding of the People to People Program.

Members of the City Council and host barangay officials will act as wedding witnesses.

Now running on its 11th year since it was launched by then Mayor Emano in 1998, the People to People Program serves as a flagship one-stop community outreach program of the city government that aims to reach out underserved residents and bring the government closer to the people.

Lately, the PPP was brought to Carmen and Cogon public markets, serving thousands of market vendors and residents in nearby areas.
